Resonance Link provides a member portal that choirs use to share charts, practice recordings, schedules, and announcements with their singers. This policy explains what information the Resonance Link app and website collect, how it is used, and your choices. It applies to the Resonance Link mobile app and my.resonancelink.app.
Your account is created and managed by the choir you belong to. Your choir's director and administrators decide what choir information is shown to you and can see your membership details. Resonance Link operates the platform on the choir's behalf. If you have questions about your data, you can contact your choir director or us using the details below.
When you ask the assistant a question, your question and the relevant context are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate a response. This data is processed to answer you and is not used to train AI models and is not sold. The assistant can only access information you are already able to see in your own portal.
Your choir's staff may also use this AI provider to help draft replies to emails you send the choir. When they do, the content of that email is sent to Anthropic, over an encrypted connection, to generate a suggested draft — under the same terms: processed only to create the draft, not used to train AI models, and not sold.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
We keep your information for as long as your choir maintains your membership and as needed to operate the service. When a choir or season is removed, associated data is deleted or archived according to the choir's settings.
Information is encrypted in transit using HTTPS, and stored secrets are encrypted at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
You can view and update much of your information from within your portal. To access, correct, or delete your personal information, contact your choir director or us using the details below. We will respond in line with applicable law.
Resonance Link is intended for use by choir members through accounts set up by their choir. The app is not directed to children under 13. Where a choir includes younger members, the choir and the member's parent or guardian are responsible for any required consent.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do.
